When you call, the phone rings on a desk at 265 West High Street.
It rings in the office in East Hampton, six days a week. Toni or Donna picks it up. She can see what is free at all six sites, she knows which building is which, and she will tell you whether the thing you are storing needs climate control or whether you are about to pay for it out of nerves.
If you would rather look before you decide, come by. There is no appointment; there is a desk.
On Sunday you get a recording. That is not a service in another state; it is the sound of the office being closed. Leave your number and it is returned Monday morning, by the same person who would have answered on Saturday.

Everything below is at 265 West High Street, our main office. You will be told which building your unit is in before you arrive, and the same code opens all of them.

West High Street is Route 66, and 265 is the number on it. This is the home office.

Before you rent
- How much does a storage unit cost?
- Storage units start at $79 a month and run to about $550 for the largest, and every price on this site is read from our reservation system every hour, so what you see is what you pay. The same size can cost different money in different buildings, which is why the price list shows the building on every row.
- How do I reserve a unit?
- Reserve online and the unit is held for you, or call the office and we will do it with you on the phone. Reserving costs nothing and does not commit you: you pay when you move in, and you can change the size before you do.
- Is there a deposit?
- No deposit to hold a unit. You pay your first month when you move in.
