Getting in
24 hour access is available upon approval. The office is open weekdays 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Moving out
Tell the office you are going, clear the unit, take your own lock off and leave the door up. The lock coming off is what tells us it is empty.
Need a different size
Ring us. If you are rattling around in something too big, or cannot shut the door, we will move you to a size that fits, subject to what is free.
Something is wrong with the unit
A door that sticks, a light out, water where it should not be: tell us the same day. We would much rather hear it early than find it later.
Struggling with a payment
Ring the office before the fees start rather than after. There is far more we can do about it in week one than in month three.
Storing something new
Adding a car, a boat or a trailer is a different product at a different price. The vehicle pages have the sizes and today's rates.
Questions tenants ask
- How do I pay?
- Online through your tenant account, or at the office. Existing customers sign in from the Account link at the top of any page.
- What happens if I am late?
- Late fees apply and, if an account stays unpaid, access is eventually restricted and the law allows the contents to be sold. Nobody here wants that to happen. If you are in difficulty, ring the office early rather than late, because there is far more we can do about it in week one than in month three.
- What are your office hours?
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Closed Sunday. The same office covers all three buildings.
