When you call, the phone rings on a desk at 265 West High Street.
Toni or Donna picks it up. She can see what is free at all 6 sites, she knows which building is which, and she will tell you whether the thing you are storing needs climate control or whether you are about to pay for it out of nerves. On Sunday you get a recording; that is the sound of the office being closed, and the call is returned Monday morning by the same person who would have answered on Saturday.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Closed Sunday. The same office covers every building.
- Can I get in outside office hours?
- 24 hour access is available on approval. Ask the office. Day to day you come and go on your own access code without speaking to anybody.

Tell us what you are storing and roughly when, and we will come back with the size, the price and which building it is in. It lands on the same desk as the phone and is read by the same two people, the next morning we are open. If it is urgent, ring (860) 267-6639.
